Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products & services that Rent Safe LLC offers our refund policy must adhere to strict guidelines.

First and foremost, we cannot guarantee that all consumer information provided to us is completely up-to-date because it originates from public records that we do not control.

Furthermore, for each applicant we cannot guarantee that you will be selected to rent the property you are applying to, and make no claim to do so.  Applications may not be selected for a variety of reasons including income levels, creditworthiness, criminal history, competing applications and more.

Rent Safe may offer a refund to a renter only in the following cases:

– Rent Safe fails to send the credit report when asked by the applicant in less than 5 business days after receiving the applicant’s request

– If the applicant informs and verifies with Rent Safe a mistake on their credit and criminal reports that impacted the end user’s final decision.

Refunds will be only offered upon user request. You accept this policy without reserve upon payment on our site.
